Returns & Refunds

At Howdy Gringo™, every product is made just for you — which means we don’t accept returns unless there’s a problem with your order. But don’t worry, if something’s wrong, we’ll fix it fast!

 

🚫 No Returns for Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order. Since everything is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind.


✅ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you’re covered! Here’s how to file a claim:


  1. Take a photo of the defective or incorrect item (and the packing slip, if available).
  2. Email us at support@howdygringo.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • The photo(s)

  3. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost (or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible).

 

⏰ Timeframe

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims made after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
